Acceptance

By creating or using an Oryn account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are acting on behalf of a firm, on behalf of that firm.

Service description

Oryn is a Legal Practice Management System provided by Decoded Systems, LLC. It is licensed, not sold, on a subscription basis.

Fees

Fees are set in the order form executed between your firm and Decoded Systems. Fees are billed in advance of each service period.

Data ownership

Your firm retains all right, title, and interest in its data. We are a processor of your data, not an owner.

Service levels

During the design-partner phase, service levels are described in the engagement agreement. Published SLAs will accompany general availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination, your firm has 90 days to export data before it is deleted.

As permitted by law.
